Gained practical experience on erection, testing & commisioning of Siemens SGT5-8000H class Gas Turbine(GT), SST6-5000H class Steam Turbine(ST), HRSG (triple pressure, reheated, non-complement combustion, benson type) and Balance of Plant (BOP).
Development & implementation of Inspection & Test Plan(ITP) and Method Statement as per stipulated contractual Employer Requirement
+ Implemetation of Quality Control measures defined as per International Standards regarding to Mechanical field.
+ Developing and briefing of power presentaions to describe the flow of system through P&ID and their associated mechanical equipmets.
+ Maintain documentation of Plant and Drawings regarding to Mechanical systems.
+ Supervise the erection of gas turbine Acoustical Enclosures, Air Inlet & Exhaust system i.e Filter house, exhaust ducts exhaust stack etc, GT-Ventilation Fans, Cooling & Sealing air fan blowers, ON-Base & OFF-Base piping of GT.
+ Supervise the installation of gas turbine lube oil, cooling water, cooling & sealing air, instrument air, demine water, HSD system, Natural gas system, plant drain system, potable water system, Service & Raw water system piping and waste water system.
+ Supervise erection & commissioning of plant Fire Fighting piping system.
+ Supervise flushing of GT associated piping & all BOP system’s piping. + Responsible for overall erection supervision of Gas Turbine (Siemens 8000H) & Water Treatment Plant (CEEP) including execution of jobs as per erection drawings and specification.
